International Telecommunication Union Representatives from Mozambique are hopeful that they will be able to pass their resolution pertaining to Telecommunication/Information and Communication Technology Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities and Persons with Specific Needs. The resolution encourages research to be conducted on the needs of these individuals and the funding that will be required to fulfill this. Additionally, the resolution pushes to identify representation for these individuals and increase in information to those in positions of decision making.
