The Delegation of Ukraine is incredibly disappointed in the Russian Federation’s blocking of a discussion of the Ukraine crisis within the Security Council. Ukraine firmly believes that Security Council exists with the responsibility of addressing crises like the one currently afflicting Ukraine. The Delegation of Ukraine has great hope for future diplomatic discussions about the crisis and thanks its allies for their support.
